- We select trails that are safe and appropriate for walkers with average abilities, ensuring that the experience is enjoyable and accessible.
- Our hosts are well-versed in the routes and can provide guidance and support throughout the hike.
Disclaimer and Responsibilities:
- Accident/health insurance is the responsibility of each individual participant from the point of collection and return to their final drop off point each day.
- The hosts cannot be held responsible for any personal injuries sustained or for any loss of property.
Preparation and Precautions:
- Participants should ensure their own safety and comfort by wearing sensible clothing and footwear suitable for the weather conditions at the time. If in doubt, seek advice prior to the hike.
- Protection from the sun is particularly important, and it is essential to drink sufficient water during the hike to prevent dehydration.
DO'S
- Inform us beforehand about any medical problems and/or allergies.
- Wear suitable clothing and footwear.
- Drink enough water.
- Protect yourself from the sun: hat, sunblock, sunglasses.
- Address discomforts, sore feet, blisters, etc., at an early stage before they worsen. Applying Vaseline on the toes and wearing two pairs of socks can help.
- Seek advice and share any concerns with the hosts.
DON'TS
- Avoid straying from the designated trail on the map.
- Ensure you remain within sight of your fellow hikers.
